Tensed

credit goes to guan

Never would I thought that a simple joke would tear us apart.

We've always been doing silly things to offend others in a joking manner, signing papers etc. I never expected someone to emerge from the shadows and turned serious. And by doing so, our friendship has been torn apart. How am I supposed to tell them it was initially a joke since we've been playing that ever since last year?

I don't see why a dumb petition would turn out to be a barrier between us. Like Guan said, what would we gain from doing so, not even money nor fame. In fact, you can't put a price on friendship. After what we've been through together, do you think it's worth ending our friendship just because of a piece of paper? How can you bare to let it go.

And for those who aren't involved, please stop adding salt because you don't know anything.
